At the heart of Arista Hair Co. is our founder, Courtney Peteanu, whose love for the art of hairdressing and commitment to empowering others defines everything we do. Courtney began her career as a board certified hair designer and color specialist. She quickly began investing in exclusive training and certifications such as becoming part of the elite group Great Lengths Hair Extensions as a trained and certified artist. Highly sought after, Courtney is known for her skill, dedication, and artistry. Courtney's talents have been used by many sets and shows such as ABC's Extreme Makeover.  

After years of working in several salons, Courtney decided saw the need for a salon that specialized in clients who were struggling with fine and thinning hair. Through her guidance, Arista Hair Co. has become an innovative company providing the most modern technological innovations in hair replacement services in addition to multiple hair extension and full salon service offerings.

Courtney has built Arista Hair Co. into a nurturing space where clients feel beautiful and confident and stylists grow into confident professionals. Courtney believes strongly in the nurturing of talent within the industry and has invested her career in training and mentoring her staff. Although Courtney is not currently taking new clients, she has prioritized the careers and craftsmanship of her team, encouraging natural proclivities and supporting the unique passions that each of her stylists bring to the business.

Beyond her role as a mentor, Courtney is the driving force behind our salon’s warm, inclusive vibe and commitment to excellence. Her vision ensures that every client who walks through the door leaves feeling beautiful, valued, and inspired. When she’s not busy working behind the chair, Courtney loves exploring new hair trends, spending time with her beautiful family, and engaging with her local community.

Winston Churchill once said: "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." This quote defines Courtney.  She has defined her life's purpose by what she can give to the world. "I have found that purpose," she says. "That purpose is giving people the hair they have always wanted. It just so happens that people pay me for my passion", she laughs. “Not many people are able to make a living out of their passion, and for this I am truly blessed!”
